- Backed by PDD Holdings, Temu has rapidly expanded its footprint and is now available in over 40 countries, generating more than $1 billion in monthly transaction value, according to Goldman Sachs.
- Temu has overtaken Shein in Japan and South Korea, consistently ranking #1 in daily iOS & Google Play shopping app downloads.
- In the Japanese market, Temu reached four million downloads in 121 days, outpacing Shein, Mercari, and Amazon. In South Korea, Temu achieved 2 million downloads in 88 days, the fastest among top shopping apps.
